From the first sketch of the mandap to the last string light, Royal Event's plans and dresses your wedding, birthday, or corporate day from start to finish.
Royal Event's is an event management and decoration studio based in Amrutdham, Panchavati, Nashik. We handle the planning, the decor, and everything in between, so families can host without carrying the weight of it themselves.
Every setup is designed around the occasion — a wedding mandap, a first-birthday backdrop, or a stage for a corporate launch — built by a team that shows up early and leaves nothing half-finished.
Mandap design, stage backdrops, floral and drapery work, entrance decor — built around your colours and your venue.
Theme design, balloon and backdrop setups, table styling for birthdays, naming ceremonies, and anniversaries.
Stage setups, branding walls, seating and flow planning for launches, conferences, and office celebrations.
Vendor coordination, timeline planning, and on-ground execution, so one team handles the whole day.
The mandap decoration was even better than what we imagined. Team reached early and finished everything on time.
Booked them for my son's birthday. The balloon arch and neon sign made the whole hall look amazing.
Good coordination for our office Independence Day setup. Balloons and stage backdrop were done neatly.
Tell us the date and the occasion — we'll get back with ideas and a quote.
